A pillar of the community, Armstrong is in conflict on three fronts: he constantly argues with his bad-tempered, domineering wife; has regular skirmishes with his bright and ambitious business rival; and wages a war of attrition against the dandelions that have colonised his beloved lawn… His dandelion problem is easily solved with small, delicately placed servings of arsenic. Perhaps his other problems can be treated with the same method?
